FAQs

What should we wear?

The most important thing is that you are comfortable and feel good! That said, I suggest you steer clear of any crazy patterns or obvious brand names. If your little one is obsessed with patterned dress or you can’t get them out of their spiderman costume though, then go for it! These photo sessions are all about capturing real life, after all, and what’s more real than a toddler obsessed with a superhero?

Can we bring our dog?

Of course! Dogs and pets are such an important part of the family, and I’d love to document all of you together. Just let me know so that we can plan your Gold Coast family portraits for a pet-friendly location.

How many images will we receive?

This depends on the package that you choose, but your gallery will include at least 50 digital images from your shoot. Once you’ve purchased your collection, you’ll then be able to choose the photos you wish to download (again, how many photos you can download varies based on the collection!!), which will be ready to share, print and cherish.

When will we receive our photos?

You’ll receive your photos via a secure, online gallery within 3 weeks of your shoot.

What happens if it rains? Can we reschedule?

Funny story! One of my absolute favourite memories of a Gold Coast family photoshoot was when we got caught in a down pour – it was really bucketing down! I wound up heading back to the family’s home, where they gave me a change of clothes and we hung out while my own clothes were in the dryer! We got some really wonderful, fun photos.

That said, rain isn’t always the best for photos – especially when there are young kids involved! – so it might be best to postpone. Only time will tell though, so let’s wait and see what the weather will be like and then decide.
