“HOLY SHIT TRACE THESE PHOTOS ARE INSANE!!!!” - If you want to know what I'm actually doing behind the camera to get reactions like these, come shoot along with me. This time, we're taking a family session somewhere a little different - an urban skate park setting, with a real family and real kids.
No inspiration board.
No perfect poses.
No asking everyone to stand still and smile.
I'll show you how I approach a session when the kids are free to be themselves, how I find opportunities as they happen, and how I turn all of those little moments into a gallery that feels completely unique to the family.

Guided shoots on the Gold Coast
WHAT THE SHOOT ALONG LOOKS LIKE
We'll spend around 60 minutes shooting a real family session together.
You'll be able to watch how I work, ask questions as we go, and take your own photos alongside me.
I'll talk you through what I'm seeing, how I'm making decisions and what I'm looking for - from light and composition to connection, movement and those little moments you can't plan.
After the session, we'll have some dedicated Q&A time where you can ask me anything about shooting families, working with kids, finding your style, client experience or whatever you're currently stuck on.
